Furthermore, you are not permitted to work in multiple companies or roles at the same time. You have the option of establishing your own PT PMA firm and submitting an application for a Working Kitas under it. Additionally, freelance kitas are available to those who hold positions that are permitted.
How long is the validity of a Work KITAS?
Work permits can be issued for a variety of time periods and can be extended or not. It depends on a variety of factors. This is a multiple entry visa, which means you can leave the country and return as many times as you need throughout the term of your visa.
Note: An e-Visa is a letter of authorization to enter Indonesia. Once you arrive in Indonesia and complete the procedure of reporting your E-Visa to immigration, you will be issued a kitas, which is a temporary stay permission.
Work Extension Kitas:
The extension procedure should begin no later than two months before the expiration date. The same documents needed for the first issue are still needed. You must also supply NPWP, BPJS Tenaga Kerja, BPJS Kesehatan, and SKTT.
