• Business setup and PT PMA assistance

• HR and recruitment services
These services are provided in accordance with Indonesian law. Specific terms for each service may be detailed in separate service agreements provided upon enrollment.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You also agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as required during the service process.
• Fees and Charges: The fees for each service are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Late Payment: Failure to pay on time may result in a suspension of services until payment is received in full.
• Service Cancellation: You may cancel services at any time, subject to any cancellation fees outlined in your service agreement.
• Refunds: Refunds are available for certain services if the cancellation is made within a specified period or under certain conditions, as detailed in your agreement. Processing fees or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
As a client, you are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information for all required forms and documentation.
• Adhering to all local regulations and requirements relevant to your business or visa status.
• Ensuring that documents provided to Grow Indonesia are authentic and valid.
Grow Indonesia is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
All materials, logos, trademarks, and content provided by Grow Indonesia are the intellectual property of Grow Indonesia and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Grow Indonesia respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. Information provided to us during the course of our services will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or to comply with regulatory requests.
• Indirect Damages: Grow Indonesia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information.
• Service Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, Grow Indonesia does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided in any service.
• Third-Party Services: Grow Indonesia may recommend third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of these third parties.
Grow Indonesia reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these Terms or any other policies, or if we believe termination is necessary to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of Grow Indonesia, our clients, or others.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
